  14.                       DWANGO6: The Fun Continues.
  15.  
  16.   Once again I've tried to deliver some of the best high-performance
  17.   WADS for your Deathmatching pleasure.  Thought I may never again
  18.   top the quality of great levels in DWANGO5, this compilation again
  19.   promises to be another frag-filled set of levels to give you a
  20.   great alternative to the same ole' boring ones!  As usual we have
  21.   our unqiue set of new music, new sound effects, and even some new
  22.   graphics.

  24.   I've also included in this ZIP the latest SUPERD, which is a great
  25.   utility to use on DWANGO to record your games.  Check it out if you
  26.   are (and should be!) a DWANGO member.

  28.   Right before the official DWANGO6 release, someone else thought
  29.   they would make their own DWANGO6, which showed me how awful it could
  30.   have looked had I not tried.  Though I didn't do much actual level editing
  31.   when putting this one together, these things still require a little
  32.   work on picking the maps and attemping to match the perfect music
  33.   with the level.  If you are playing against someone and cannot get
  34.   your DWANGO6's to work, check to see if he has the real one.  Chances
  35.   are he got the fake version.  If you run DWANGO6 and hear Descent music
  36.   during the opening part of the game, you have the correct version.  If
  37.   not, then it is the low-quality imitation.

  39.   Also a first in DWANGO6 is the latest DEATHTAG level created
  40.   by Brian Vannatta, author of the Judas and Danzig series.  This
  41.   level is worth checking out, and could surpass Ultimate Deathtag
  42.   as the best of the Deathtag design yet.  A seperate text on
  43.   how to play this Deathtag level is included in this zipfile (JUDAS22.TXT).

  49.   I did my best to track down the text files for the levels, unfortunately
  50.   several of the levels sent to me contained no author information.  However,
  51.   full credit goes out to all the fine authors who have created some of the
  52.   best Deathmatch levels yet.

  112. A note on music:  To get the full enjoyment out of the music contained
  113. in this wad, pick up something like an AWE32 or a Roland Sound Canvas.
  114. There is a huge difference in the sound quality between that and a card
  115. such as a Sound Blaster 16.  I made sure the songs were tolerable using
  116. the sb16 setting, but they are much more enjoyable when you have a better
  117. card.
